We have “evidence” that the CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY uses “camera photography” mostly black and white photos for “REMOTE VIEWING…”

Also, it seems that yearbooks changed after the late 1970s and in the early 80s…
Pictures only included those with eyes directly looking at the camera…
