Anyone ever wonder why Carter’s entire administration was made up of Council of Foreign Relations members?

Was Carter really just a ‘good ole’ boy from Georgia?

Was someone else the ‘real president’ or ‘the man’ of the United States of America?

And maybe still is :slight_smile:
