Has anybody here ever used the hemi-sync program to have your consciousness time travel? Please, no ridiculous anecdotes, only serious responses.
No Can you go ahead with a tutorial how to use that please
No. haven’t tried the gateway process.
Maybe not hemisync per se, but similar (Gateway Meditations), I’ve had emotions time travel and who knows, maybe my consciousness, but it was consciousness to consciousness, not physical and I could not see the world around it.

Yes, i have used hemi-sync (binaural beats) method of meditation for 6 years, and have remote viewed my past, an event from 45 years prior, 221 billion miles south.
Hemi-sync can definitely be used for consciousness or at least visibility to travle bsck in time.
