How can you say he was a good leader? He took his country to war, which they lost because of his military blunders more than anything else, afterwhich his country was taken over, divided, and pretty much forced to completely rebuild. Where is the good leadership there? Honestly, that could be the stupidest thing you have said yet, which is saying alot since nothing but stupidity comes from your posts. His method of leadership was through intimidation and fear, he was just a bully without much in the way of brains.

He was such a great leader that his own colleagues and generals plotted to assasinate him multiple times. During the fall of the āthousand year Reichā, many of his generals disobeyed orders due to the fact that they thought he was insane (an actual quote from a documentary I watched a while back). His legacy was a divided country for years until the Berlin wall came down.
He didnāt have to, he ruled from fear, what were the people going to do anyway? vote him out? He was a dictator, they donāt have to make false campaign promises. His whole coming to power was a sham, yeah, he was a real straighforward honest guy.

Actually it was a foolish change in strategy and probably cost him the battle of Britain. If he would have maintained his original strategy the British would not have been able to keep replenish their war machine.
Thats the point Iām trying to make, how could be have been a good leader if he made so many mistakes, enough mistakes to have his own people think that he was insane and eventually lead to the ruin of his country. He could possibly be one of the WORST leaders of the modern era (next to Jean Chretien

What was the result of his term in power? what was his legacy to Germany after being itās ruler. Was it a booming economy and a golden era? No, it was a bombed out shell of a country that became divided in two. Itās war torn population was forced to rebuild from rubble. They were stripped of everything. This is not the legacy of a great leader, it is the legacy of a madman so hungry for power that he sent his entire country into ruin that took decades to rise from.
