Hrm - on an optimistic note, if we could ask Julius Caesar if he’d approve of ‘non-lethal weapons’ I’d imagine he’d either laugh or be annoyed.
So in that respect, I believe as a civilization we’re making progress.
If we designed something to disintegrate fellow humans I’d be a little more sceptical of the ethics

- The second video gets a little far fetched imo. If we wanted that kind of result, we’ve had automatic weapons for a long time lol.
Considering what those defending from the US, in the Nicolás Maduro raid. If asked, what they might say… maybe that some of weapons those not lethal when normally used, can become quite & quickly very lethal over all.
Then crowd splitting/dispersing weapons, Weather mod weapons, Earthquake weapons… who knows what else, I’m sure that list just goes on & on!
I have to say, if Titor was a phony, he sure did get somethings… spot on!
Then you also got Havana Syndrome, a weapon being used on American!
Eesh…. 
I can only feel sorry for anyone who went/goes through that!

well isn’t THAT odd.
I couldn’t remember what they were considering issues from it!
But I can tell you mine instead, my ears hurt from pressure & hypersound sensitive even tapping my keep board makes my ears whince, my veritgo always sucks, my head hurts, mind feels cloudy & I have vertigo… could you imagine if I was slowly losing vision too. I wish my learning wasn’t getting more difficult, & i have to squint when it’s sunny out cause it hurts too much, my forehead & eyebrows are furrowing on bad days.
