I recall news (somewhere) mentioning that they found magnetic pathways to the sun, but I didn’t know they actually had a name for these pathways. Your link says, " They were first investigated by Jules-Henri Poincaré in the 1890s ", which means they aren’t even new discoveries, however, I realize this isn’t *exactly *the same thing.
