Read between the lines. IF USED CORRECTLY, THIS TIME MACHINE IS GUARANTEED TO WORK.
I was reading the questions and answers. From the way the seller answered the questions, I suspect that the time machine is a keg of beer. Fuzzy memories of the past. Having to make several stops on a trip to the future are the clues I used to come to my conclusion.
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
LOL, ok so heâs used it to get lotto numbers, has an unlimited revenue stream in a machine he knows works, yet heâs selling it on EBAY? get real.
If you read the sellerâs words carefully, youâll notice that he doesnât really claim that his product is what you and I would all a âtime machineâ.
All he gurantees is that the machine will get you to the future - something we all do on a regular basis at the rate of 60 seconds per minute. And he explicitly says in one of his answers: âI have not had any experience with going forward, then coming back.â
Another hint:
âAlso, I would not consider myself overly wealthy, but I have used this device several times to find out the results of lotteriesâ
Note that the seller did not claim he could predict the results in advance! He only used the device to find out the results. Maybe he is selling a radio or a newspaper transcriptionâŚ
I know what youâre going to ask⌠What about his claimed brief visits to the past?
Well, if you read carefully, youâll notice that the seller NEVER actually mentions travelling into the past. He only said that âI have also visited times past.â - but he didnât necessarly arrive there from the present, did he?! We all visited times past. I visited the 1980âs, when I was a kid. And it really does seem blurry today⌠![]()
I admit the guy got me really curious as to what his âtime machineâ really is⌠But Iâm just not willing to pay $260 just to satisfy my curiousity.
Sounds like a Television.
Its not really that curious, is it? not really.
Its just gonna be some beat up old watch.
What makes me so curious, is that he explicitly said that the âtime machineâ doesnât need any external power source (including batteries). Thus TVâs, radios and electronic gizmos are out - unless he is selling a device which can be recharged with human muscle power.
Maybe it really is a watch⌠It could be a self-winding watch. But how would you use a watch to find the results of the lottery?
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
Itâs a watch! This is why he will guarentee it to go to the future! Tick, tick, tick

Not to win, but to find out the results. Look at watch, realize it time to check out the lottery results, turn on Telly!
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
Maybe itâs a calendar?
I found another real time machine for sale. I wonder if it includes sales tax. www.wellworks.net
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
i had a real time machine myself, but some bloke called âthe doctorâ and his companion âwho had been hit a few times with an ugly stickâ, stole it from me.
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
Its a sounds like a telephone, the bumpy ride bit throws me though.
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
Itâll be a quartz watch. Most likely. The way he talks about not needing an external battery.
Also remember External does not include Internal. Watches use internal batteries not external.
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
This is just stupid.
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
Is that website (www.wellworks.net) a joke?
Re: To All: could this be a real time travel machi
this telephone is in a 2ftx1ftx1ft box⌠maybe, but its gonna be kinda large.

âThere is a slight âtwistâ with this time machine - it is still guaranteed to take you to the future if used correctly, and that is all I can say for now.â
It is a watch - you âtwistâ the winder to wind it up ⌠ok!
On 19-Apr-05 at 16:14:28 EDT, seller added the following information:
Quote:
âA lot of you are sending in guesses as to what the time machine is made of - I am sure it is something you have seen before, but you probably did not look at it in the right way.â
Itâs a watch damn it!
Quote:
âSince so many people have been begging for hints, I will give this clue: Although there are a lot of parts inside the device, there are 2 main parts to the time machine. Howâs that for a vague clue?
â
**Itâs a *king WATCH!!!
I know this because I have one too!
The time machine is a book ⌠it show you how to separate from youâre body
in a soul state and travel to the future an acient chinies tech that with
a decade of practice and a lot of patince you will master too⌠yea right
not all people are gifted we all mighthave experimented this in a night
mare but to practice it is gifted only to some people is posible and to
some are imposible. No batteries no wires no mambo yambo just pure state
of mind donât ask me how I know that I just do.
bad speller,
Eddie
