Water scarcity - I'm a little confused

Water scarcity - I'm a little confused

How can this be?
With sea levels rising, and the ability to build leisure sports stadiums, etc…
How difficult and rewarding would it be to build large water distillation plants along the
coast in each country?
We can build new hyrdo, and nuclear plants…
Those seem a little more complex…if we were to help reduce the sea levels on a global scale by
continously monitoring sea levels and having all nations join a cause like that for example…
how long would it take before the thirsty had more then their fill and a little positive change would be restored to mother earth?
True, a few ‘little’ plants would not make a difference…just for fun, look at the available coast, look at the demand. How ‘big’ would make a difference with this thought train?

Just a thought. I’m sure someone here can do the math.
Instead of making reasons why something won’t work…opening the imagination can do wonders, if politics is thrown aside and collectively everyone tries.

Like I said, just a passing thought, I’m sure someone here can debunk this just as fast as I thought of it. A few minutes worth.

Input?

Re: Water scarcity - I'm a little confused

who are THEY really?lol
i dont see how They can half hunger by 2015,
their not makeing much headway as far a s i can see,
but hell, mabey i,m not looking hard enough,
,mabey keeping everybody confused is the plan,

you never miss the water till the well runs dry

Re: Water scarcity - I'm a little confused

Very true and good food for thought. It’s easy to sit back and point fingers, I’ve humbled myself (with your aid  ). Maybe one day something like that would be plausible…
-off note daydreaming thought;
Especially if some kind of coastal plant had the dual purpose of distilling sea water and creating hydrogen…
Anyone know how hard, feasible? (any real bonus’s) there would be to take existing large structures like say the Hoover dam, or Niagara Power and having them create hydrogen as well as electricty?
Not enough area for containment? Etc…I’m sure it’s been pondered just curious if anyone has some logical feedback in that area of expertise - it is quite fascinating.

However something like that I do understand is quite expensive. As well as getting the Hydrogen into a stored solid fuel state.

Thanks for the input ^^

Re: Water scarcity - Potable Water

Just Potable Water…

Not Salty one…

ie:
quoted:
Potable water is water which is fit for consumption by humans and other animals. It is also called drinking water, in a reference to its intended use. Water may be naturally potable, as is the case with pristine springs, or it may need to be treated in order to be safe. In either instance, the safety of water is assessed with tests which look for potentially harmful contaminants.

The issue of access to potable water is very important. In developed countries, people may not put a great deal of thought into the source of their water. In many First World nations, citizens can turn on a tap for fresh, potable water which may also be enriched with things like fluoride for health. However, in developing countries, especially in Africa, a large proportion of the population does not have access to safe water.

Water which is not safe to drink can carry diseases and heavy metals. People who consume this water will become ill, and there is a risk of death. Unfortunately, even in areas where the water is known to be unsafe, people may drink it anyway, out of desperation. The lack of potable water is often accompanied by other lapses in sanitation, such as open sewers and limited garbage collection. Many of these public health issues impact the poor more than anyone else.

Water which is contaminated can be treated to turn it into potable water. Once of the easiest ways to treat water is boiling. Boiling water may not remove heavy contaminants, but it can neutralize most bacteria and viruses which may be present. Water can also be treated with chemicals such as bleach, which sometimes come in the form of tablets for field and camping use. In addition, water can be pumped through a filter to remove particulates.

Oh that’s cause of the heat it’s causing water to evaporate at a rapid rate

I wouldn’t be surprised if 2 years time lakes are seen empty

Right now people are reporting river ands and streams drying up

Happening in Florida & Europe now. Mosquitos have been hell. 200+ biting you when only a few in the past. Single 7 warned Art Bell about this in July 1998. The crops will fail next and existing food will become unsafe as people fall ill.

see this is what kills me most, nothing is safe anymore.

I do not trust now they can mess with mosquitos, they will release them… with bad struff added intentional under the guise of “it is for the greater good.”

as with everything anymore.

Or just lie in general about it all. :broken_heart: ~QS

A great strategy to aquire real estate at a cheap price is to kill the current inhabitants/ owners of a town or city. Many conspiracy theories about this being the current strategy in Ukraine, while recently used in Haiwaii & California. A Colorado town was abandoned recently after running out of water while much of Washington state is currently on fire.

John mentioned the issues with the food in the future; as did single 7. Armies march on their stomachs; and wars are ended by destroying supply lines. All wars are wars of logistics.

There is an incredible amount of fires all over the world right now.

I am starting to suspect they are being started on purpose if I had any doubts before.

There is just so many that i feel like it is a conspiracy that has been being plotted out & fulfilled now.

Hope I am wrong. :face_exhaling:~QS

The California fire chief responsible for the palisades incident had been paid something like $700,000 annually to shut down the hydrants that could have contained the incident early on. They knew about the potential for the incident in advance; and deliberately did everything in their power to allow that fire to burn those homes down. Multiple Californians have investigated this and called fowl play for criminal conspiracy arson. I believe Spencer Pratt lost his home and is still homeless. None of those homes have been issued construction permits to my knowledge.

People complained that in Hawaii, they were put in a terrible situation “they believed intentionally as well.” Instead of listening to reason the cops “just” did as they were told to everyone’s horror, even later the cops admit they even broke their own rules.

How the people were funneled into a nearly death halls “trapped” & expected to escape somehow?
“i think expected to die so the rich could buy their lands up when their homes/people were gone” But this is just my opinion.

The police even admitted that had they not broken their own given rules they were forcing on populous, they would have died also.

It seems to me people with the power enjoy that hilter’esque fact attitude of police.
i.e. “i was just doing what i was told”

This is what kills me most about this world… we have yet to re`learn the worst lessons over & over

When compassion takes a backseat to… just following orders/not thinking for themselves we all suffer as a whole.

Struff like this just continues to be the case.

Where is the heart & the reason when people behave that make us all brothers & sisters.

Don’t get me wrong, I can respect following orders “even in war”, sometimes good discipline is needed to do make difficult choices, but if you aren’t willing to lose your job over having compassionate reason for another human, how can you expect to lead others to follow you into wise thinking also.

Both Vasili Arkhipov/Heather Cole & saved us from nuclear exchanges when told to! Sometimes we do not only need courage, we need to display angelic “super” courage!

Same in times of war… I know killing is expected/part of war, “but ffs” just show compassion when you can always.

We are all only humans.

Christmas Truce of 1914 is what makes us beautiful, both side even if only for a day remember we are all mijo’s & mija’s, brothers & sisters “family” & sometimes the people at the top of both sides “at war” are lying to us all.

We need to remind each other we are not just autonoumotons/nps to change hearts to compassion, otherwise what did we even learn from the Milgram Experiments studies & can’t we ever learn to be better as a whole.

Saying that; With all these fires it is not so hard to consider, what if you were stuck in their… “melting” shoes! :sob: ~QS

Note: edits made at beginning & to think Hawaii has all that water around them & it couldn’t truly help at all
