Stress Reduction Technique

People may reduce stress by health increasing techniques. There may be a stronger link between the mind, brain and
body than was first assumed. A healthier body may reduce stress. A person may reduce stress such as nervousness
and speaking fears by doing gentle excersizes with deep breathing techniques. During the excersizes the person when
breathing must breathe fully to expand the lungs to nearly maximum capacity. A gently excersize may be Tai Chi , push ups, or karate
for about 10 minutes a day for a few times a week. Even breathing deeply for about 4 deep breaths may reduce
stresses such as nervousness or speaking fears.
