I did pay a visit to the site. Interesting concepts.

You should know that the "Phoenix Lights" are in fact explained. The phenomena was duplicated on an ETV program and it turns out the lights are from helicpoters performing arial maneuvers at, and just after dusk. The photograph has been duplicated exactly as you have it posted by re-creating the very same scenario in which the original (your posted one) was the source of the controversy for.

The Lubbock lights however are an old photo. These date to my earlier days and I vaguely recall the approxamite time they were originally photographed. To my knowlege, they have NEVER been explained, even if the Phoenix ones have.

P.S. What is S.O.N.A.?
