I saw something about the USIS a LONG time ago, back when I was in high school and a friend of mine first got me looped into the Philadelphia Experiment. It was in a slim volume he loaned me to read overnight. Normally, when he gave me stuff to read, we talked at some length about it over lunch. This, he took back, put away in his backpack and NEVER SPOKE OF IT AGAIN. And it was only one line, in reference to a FOI request that someone made about the Eldridge back in the 60's. It said that the person who made the request was investigated by the USIS, then turned down for the information. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/confused.gif
