Great \'debunker\' film based on a true story
I wanted to note a film that may not be considered of the 'Alien or UFO' category, but I felt fit in here because the adaptation was referenced in comparison of a "the Matrix meets Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" type idea by some critics. As well, as noted in the subject it is based loosely on a historic legend which was 'debunked' in it's process but nevertheless extremely interesting.
The film I'm referring to is 'Brotherhood of the Wolf' which is a 2001 French production movie based in 18th century france.
The english version I found well enough done to not notice any 'obvious voice dubbing' if such were the case in retrospect.
If you haven't seen it I recommend checking it out if for nothing more than the versatile imagination explored. ^^
