Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Whether some of our more colorful nutjobs will believe it or not, I can tell you that NONE of the Mods are purposefully deleting posts. I know this because our Admin control panels allow us to see ALL deletion actions taken by all mods. Neither myself nor KerrTexas have deleted anything, and Mop does not get involved in anything day-to-day, but rest assured he has not even logged on since before SEP.
While you may believe all is back to normal, there is still one post of yours that I do remember you making in the (Short) Alien Message thread, as I read it yesterday. You replied to Mylo.X. Typically, whenever any user deletes their own posts, they still show up to me as deleted and I can recover their content, as you may have noted recently when I scolded one of the Titor Faithful when she was doing exactly this. I cannot even find your post where you replied to Mylo.x.
So I think something is going on with the base database code that we do not understand. I will raise the issue to Mop to see if he has some other tools to look into it or keep an eye on it.

No, this was the right forum to post this....or you could have posted in Announcements or Suggestions. But no worry.
So I heard from Mop, and he told me that he is changing internet hosting services for TTI, and he has found that the nameservers for the new hosting service are acting "wonky". So it seems that may explain why the server code is dropping posts. He is aware of it, and asks that you bear with us until he gets things stable. I will also post to Announcements forum.

Somebody dropped a cellular telephone in a drainage channel which coupled with an Aperture Science nuclear core coolant intake duct, and somehow the cellular telephone was not disabled or destroyed.
