Terminator Genisys

Not sure if this is a good thing or a mistake, but it's going on my movies to eventually see list. Honestly, though, I wasn't wowed by Terminator 4 or Bale's performance. He was a living god as Bruce Wayne tho.

Any thoughts/feelings on the new movie?

As mentioned prior, I think that it looks promising as an installment. I especially enjoyed 2, and also 3.

I'm curious to see how they play out the time is being rewritten/reboot idea that was already done with Star Trek. If the movie is fun, though, I'm good.

My main problem is that none of the key characters (Sarah, (adult) John, Kyle) look *anything* like their previous incarnations. I know the actors can do good work (except the girl, I never saw her before and cannot predict her skills), but it throws me clear out of the mood. I can, however, suspend disbelief for a solid time travel movie

Apart from that, and apart from it clearly being a cash-grab to pull money from a beloved franchise, it seems like it might be a fair entry into the line of films. I did like Salvation and would love to see them go down that path, but if this is what is to come, I for one intend to watch it.

Plus, the time machine looks awesome
