wrapping an object in time

hi all im new to this and havent done allot of research on the subject but have some theories. If you could wrap an object such as a vessel of some kind, preferably circular within dialated time such as something going at the speed of light/time then that object in my view would be transported out of this time and into time.
The major problem with this is finding the energy and machinary needed to achaive this.
I have some ideas of how to reach such speeds without actually leaving the spot where the machine is situated but no understanding of the technology needed.
My question is is it theoretically possible to travel in time in this way , assuming the technology can be built.

In theory if you had a power plant and enough coper wire you could phase in and out of existance (time travel mabey?)
