BB3B braking the time travel rules?

so i was wacthing and wacthing my fav show as kid called BB3B about (time travel experts kids lol)

so i was looking at this episode called (blast to the past)  which you can see on YouTube channel 

but i want to talk about this part of the episode 

are they braking the rules because  i thought you wasn't ment to talk to people if you where form the future if you are form the future

so i allway was wondering about this particular episode because i never understood as a kid

And if it isn't "written in stone" somewhere and official, then it isn't a rule, either.  Our logic sort of dictates that talking to someone could be a bad thing, but I don't know if there is an actual time traveler etiquette manual anywhere. hehehe

Well....there is the "Guild of Temporal Adventurers". One may get a visit from Una Persson, one of the enforcers of their rules.
