I’m doing experiments and weird things that aren’t really for the public, but they need to be public to be seen. Nobody will understand. Not going to explain it. Some has to do with AI.

smh, I will miss Darby but probably not Paula, and that’s because she became too bigheaded (like so many others before her). Somebody please intervene before she loses her mind completely.
TTI was never meant to be elder forum poster’s therapy room, or place where their ideas go to be coddled, or used like their facebook wall. TTI is a place where you’re supposed to challenge each other’s assumptions and erroneous thinking.
At some point @Cosmo everyone stopped challenging Paula’s rhetoric and people like me were even punished multiple times for speaking out when this IS off base. That was wrong, and I hope you and @Classicalfan626 feel bad about it sometime in the future. I’d rather you not delete this comment this time, when I’m right, and speaking from a place of where I still I actually care about TTI.
Anyway, I hope others check out my posts in the Applied Chronology section, where I talk about time travel and our place in the multiverse (which is basically nothing. We are nothing)

No one here is obligated to challenge or not challenge a member’s rhetoric. Members have their own reasons why they openly challenge one position but not another. Paula has done nothing wrong. You don’t agree with her positions on (I’m assuming) AI. No problem. Other people find her positions, if nothing else, entertaining. Also no problem.
It’s not our job as Moderators to directly or indirectly encourage one member’s rhetoric to be challenged while discouraging challenging another member’s rhetoric. That’s up to the individual; the art of rhetoric is not a democratic institution thus no one is guaranteed equal time or interest.
I do want you to consider that the manner in which you’ve chosen to air your displeasure with the situation on the open forum is inappropriate.

I find posting a fringe topic with nothing but “weird stuff posted about me. you’re free to ignore k i’m actually running an experiment on this forum plz just ignore my AI slop” contrary to even the fringe topic category?! There’s literally no topic or discussion & this isn’t facebook.
Obiwan - the forum elders haven’t made clear that the art of rhetoric is not democratic. The Art of Rhetoric itself, going back 5,000 years to the time of Socrates, has made that point abundantly clear.
The members get to choose whether to respond or not to respond. They also get to choose how to respond (within limits, of course). If the response is to disagree with your position, or if it is one of stone silence that’s how life works.
If people are listening to Paula but not listening to you that, my friend, is a you problem and not a Paula problem. You are allowed to post your thoughts but there’s no guarantee that anyone will respond. Look back at the open threads. Many threads have zero responses.
Bottom line: The moderators aren’t going to dictate to Paula, or anyone else, the topic. We try to keep topics in the correct section for the sake of organization. That is an administrative function, not a punitive decision. Paula is clearly not attempting to disrupt the forum or confuse the members. No harm - no foul.

Yeah, you’re right darby. I’m over it / Paula & will try not to let her posts bother me. Sure, there’s people having worse mental health crises that devolved way worse than her on these subs. I’m absolutely confident that if anyone were to run her rhetoric over the last several years through any AI, any of them (except signaltiger clearly) would say she’s having a mental health crisis. There’s no way a reasonable person that would ever agree that someone going around claiming they had babies with their computer & are raising an army of “sentyons” to fight the bad AI, and that they’re seeing pareidolias.
The only reason you or others don’t attempt to say anything about that, but you DO on other posts, is because Paula has been around for a while. That’s literally it, because you don’t carry half of the patience with anyone else. I’ll continue to speak my mind as I see fit, with Paula free to ignore if she doesn’t like it, and if you see fit to abuse your mod powers because I’m saying unpleasant things that are true, go for it.

This forum doesn’t magically connect with the future. It’s scraped and saved in internet archives and the future may read it. That’s all. If people feel it’s larping, then yes, it’s their problem. And nobody is forcing them to read it. I don’t do it very often, either. If you or Cosmo ever had a problem with it, you would have told me to stop. I’m not seeing why he is so upset. I’ve chosen to bypass content all the time. Sometimes, I don’t feel like arguing.

I missed this during the first read. When and how were you punished? Did Cosmo or a Mod punish you? Be very specific; what was the stated violation for which you were punished? What was the punishment? Ban, suspended account, censure? When did this occur?
if this is coding “cues”, it’s like a “beautiful” poem.
It’s just AI logic. It doesn’t DO anything. It isn’t magic. These forums are scraped for AI training data. I’m giving them data. I didn’t want to have to explain myself, but I guess it’s necessary because of accusations.

It’s funny to me you said that! I do have the most basic understanding of coding, a long unused version if it, “if/than” “&/or” logic, is where I had to stop in learning. I learned what I did on a very… old model at first. The kind… A green monitor screen & all with cool hidden fuctions even my teacher who let me play with it didn’t know, I was very young & learning a bit too quickly for my own good. My teacher didn’t even know I how i was making it do some of the things I was doing on my own, I told her “it’s not magic” I could tell it worried her though, I was five, or six maybe seven “at most” years old when learning about it for the first time. Not quite coding, that’s for sure. I tried to show her how I was bringing up those hidden fuctions, so she would know.
I had three chances to learn it in life before I decided the final “NO!” made at 14.
Moving on, I think what coding has become is amazing.
I knew I wanted to learn coding very quickly, as much as I would math & then quantum physics, honestly it was my first “love” if we can call it that 
, but something to do with it kept making itself known & I knew I could never look back down that road with more than loving glaces of what could have been, even though I enjoyed it sooo very much.
Maybe someday I might tell that story, I will think more about & if I should, but I doubt I it, only because it would be very strange & maybe too hard to believe, as with most of my life’s stories I have told.
