Just our very presence in the past whether it be for the second time or for the first time before we were born would have an effect. We are not only affected but also have an effect on every event and every circumstance around us. We don't know what those small changes might produce. Maybe nothing signifigant and perhaps something phenominal. But, a change and an effect none the less.
